Usage and quotas
Cmdop counts only two things against your plan: the machines in your fleet and the relay addresses you have claimed. Nothing else is metered. If usage moves past your plan, the account console shows the quota state and upgrade path; your relay and already joined machines remain operational while you resolve the plan mismatch.

Going past the machine cap
Quota state is surfaced in the account console. Treat it as an account issue to resolve, not as a signal that your relay or joined machines have stopped.
Billing state and relay operation are separate. Fix quota warnings from the account console, and use the relay’s own health and machine status surfaces to diagnose connectivity.
