Organization membership decides who shares your Cmdop plan and its entitlements, and nothing else. Adding someone gives them no route onto your machines: that takes the relay’s address and credentials plus a machine’s connection PIN, and is still bounded by that machine’s permission policy. Most people come here to give a teammate access to one machine.

To let someone work on a specific machine, give them what the relay requires: its address, its admin password or a sign-in link, and the machine’s connection PIN if one is armed. Rotate any of those from the web console when their access should end.
