Consoles
Cmdop has two browser consoles. The relay’s web console is where you work with machines — sessions, permissions, schedules, health, and relay administration. The account console at my.cmdop.com is where your plan, payment, and organization live. Most people arrive here to work out which of the two holds the thing they are looking for.
The two are easy to confuse, because both get called “the console”. They serve different things and use different credentials.
Served by your relay. Machines, sessions, marketplace, settings, and relay administration.
The account consoleHosted at my.cmdop.com. Your plan, your payment, your organization.
Which one do I want?
| I want to… | Go to |
|---|---|
| Work on a machine, or watch what an agent is doing | The web console |
| Join another machine to the relay | The web console’s Server area, which prepares a ready-to-run cmdop join command |
| Add an MCP server or a Skill | The web console’s Marketplace |
| Read a machine’s permissions, schedules, or health | The web console’s Machines area |
| Run or reconfigure the relay itself | The web console’s Server area |
| Change plan or pay | The account console — see Billing |
| Manage organization API keys | The account console — see API keys |
You sign in to the web console with the relay’s own admin password (or automatically, from the same host). You sign in to the account console with your Cmdop account. Neither credential works on the other.

Common questions
Which Cmdop console should I use?
Use the relay’s web console when you want to work with machines, sessions,
permissions, schedules, health, marketplace items, or relay administration. Use
the account console at my.cmdop.com for plan, payment, organization, and
account-level API keys.
Are the web console and account console the same sign-in?
No. The relay web console uses that relay’s admin password or a one-time link. The account console uses your Cmdop account. Neither credential works on the other surface.
Where do I get the command to join another machine?
Open the relay web console and use the Server area. It prepares the
ready-to-run cmdop join command for the relay that will own the machine.
